Based on the project of a single-tower self-anchored concrete suspension bridge with the spans of(26+2×70+26)m,this thesis builds up an integrated finite element model of the whole bridge by using a universal finite element program called ANSYS, in order to discuss the problems of structural shape and mechanics behaviors under the finished bridge state, free-vibration characteristic and seismic response spectrum.Firstly, the development circumstance of some recent self-bridges is descri bed and summarized in general, and spatial three-dimensional finite element models of bridge is established, before computing and analyzing the main cables' shape and the forces of all the members under finished bridge state. Meanwhile, model analysis is carried out by adopting the subspace mode extraetion method. Structural free-vibration characteristic effect under pile-soil interaction, deck pavement on bridge and stiffness is considered.; Elaborating on the theoretic basis of response spectrum method and the problems concening its realization in ANSYS. seismic response is analyzed by means of the response spectrum analysis. Finally, the contrast analysis is carried on with respect to each direction excitement of seismic response spectrum toward structure.Afer the dynamic analysis of the finite element model, the dynamic behaviors such as free-vibration of structure and seismic responses of model are elicited, and mater the skills of whole bridge during the process of whole bridge analysis basically.
