| Concrete is one of the most employed engineering materials all over the world with its quantity and its abroaden application.Traditional concrete was put forward more and more requires along with large scale,multi-function, construct complication,widen application,resource and environment optimization of concrete project.High performance and high function is the research emphasize and direction of concrete material and its engineering technology in 21 century.In this paper,the structure types,performance characteristics and the situations of resarch and application of commonly used superplastieizers at home and abroad were introduced in detail.The development condition and the problems in practice of Naphthalene series supeiplasticizer were also analysed.By using the mono-factor method,the influences of the process parameters,such as material purity,material ratio,the decreasing content of the sodium sulfate,the reaction time and temperature every stage and the reaction acidity etc.on the performance of Naphthalene series superplasticizer were studied systematically.the optimal synthesizing process condition were obtained.Using the optimal synthesizing process condition in production,the production efficiency,the product performance and the product adaptability were improved,the product cost ware debased also.The performance of superplasticizer ware researched,the application performance ware compared with other products,such as the net plasm flowage,the anti-pressure intencity,the water slowdown rate,the filter rate, the shunp loss etc..The results show that the product performance ware reached or excess the requirement of National high quality standard.This paper has studied on the process design,process calulation and equipment choice of the 1000t/a superplasticizer line.The environment protection,the thchnology-economic analysis of the superplasticizer production ware also studied.This paper has much significance direction meaning to the superplasticizer production.
