Research On Vibration Elimination In Piping System Of Reciprocating Hydrogen Booster Compressor

The hydrogen-reciprocating compressor with the type of 4M40 used for 200,000MTA Polyester Project of SINOPEC Tianjin Petrochemical Corporation (TPCC) is the corporation-level large-scale equipment relating with three (3) main production units. Since it was installed in 1999 and formally put into use in July 2000, because of the severe vibration of the pipeline system, the connections between the pipeline and the auxiliary equipments were loosen for many times, causing to the leakage of the hydrogen, and leading to the shutdown events, which seriously affected the safety operation of the units and brought the tremendous losses for TPCC. Therefore, to settle down the problem of pipeline system vibration of the hydrogen-reciprocating compressor becomes very imperative so as to prevent the occurrence of the similar events.In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in this thesis, through analyzing the basic theories concerning the gasflow impulse and vibration of the pipeline system, discussing the reasons causing the pipeline vibration of the reciprocating hydrogen compressor, adopting the advanced control standard and the advanced analyzing and calculating methods, utilizing the domestic effective analysis software for the pipeline system vibration of the reciprocating compressor, the gasflow impulse of the 4M40 hydrogen compressor, the fixed frequency of the gas plug, and the fixed frequency of the pipeline structure are analyzed and checked up, the reasons and the locations of the excessive pipeline system vibration are found out, and the renovating measures and solutions are brought forth combining the real status in site, which have achieved the good performance after being carried into execution.
