Comfort and safety are two main indicators that evaluate vehicles going on the load, and the vehicle suspension system is one of the important factors that determine the quality of safety and comfort. Semi-active vehicle suspension is a nonlinear system, we can install the magnetic damper in order to take a real-time control of the damping force,which turns to be good effect on minimizing the vibration because of the low power consumption,fast response and strong controlability of the magntic damper.So,it make sense of reasearching the vibration character of the suspension based on the magnetic damper.To start with,I compare are analyse the magnetorheological damper on the non - parametric modeling and parametric modeling. Analysis their respective advantages of the two models, and take a deep insearch on a more precise and pratical mathematical model that can guide the design of the shock absorber. Then I set a numerical analysis baced on the Sigmoid model , which reveals the effects of various parameters on the model by damping force.It proved that it can be disigned by select useful parameters.Then I establish a two freedom non-liner equation,Though theory analysis and numerical calculation,I get the frequency of vibration by the whole body and the tyres.Ianalysis the stability of the body and the types vibration in different frequency when running on the road.I depicts the frequency curve and the phase diagram.I analysis the simulation of the numerrical by the MATLAB sofeware. I have a result of the dynamic deformation in body vibration.Compare the resolve and the numerical calculation,I demonstrate the feasibility of the nonliner average solution.In addition,I introduce the basic knowledge of the road random excitation,estab- lish a random road map through simulation.Then I use the fuzzy control strategy and neural network control strategy to control the suspension system. The simulation result indicate that the acceleration of the suspension,the dynamic load deflection of the tyres and the body substantion have reduced in the control systom.Therefore it will improve the vehicle's comfort,safety and stability.Using the magnetic damper is feasible,good value and broad prospect. Finally,Ianalysis the bifurcate behaviour on the semi-active suspension system by the bifurcation theory.I get the transfer and the bifucation diagrams,which embodies the dynamics character of such system.I get a initial analysis in the two-dimensional project,which shows that the mothod is effective.Through this research, we can see that if we use a new type of magntor damper and complish an effective intelligent control strategy ,the character of the suspension would improve perfectly, which in turn can improve the indications of several performances , a modern car can become more perfect.
