In recent years, underground structures have been utilized widely in energy sources, traffic, city construction, and national defending engineering, etc. Most underground structures are metro tunnels at home. As most areas of our country belong to earthquake-fortified regions, anti-seism and security evaluation of metro tunnels has important academic theoretical and practical value. Project planners are paying much more attention to it.On the basis of relevant boundary conditions and the establishment of reasonable numeration model.This paper analyzed the seismic response of metro tunnels. Because of the actuality that single yield surface constitutie models don't fit soil dynamic analysis and calculation, and the actuality that many universal finite element software adopt constitutie models of this kind (such as DP model), based on the multi-yield surface elastoplastic constitutie models of saturated sands that Xu Gan-cheng advanced,dynamic nonlinear finite element program SPDAP(Soil Plastic Dynamic Analisis Program)is designed. This programe can utilize universal finite element program ANSYS to do preprocessor and postprocessor via data permutation.This paper utilized finite element programe SPDAP and ANSYS to analyze the danymic seismic response of a tunnel with single hole, and then contrasted the results based on the two different models, show the advantage of multi-yield surface elastoplastic constitutie model in dynamic analysis, and present reference and argument for design and evaluation of practical project.
