The bond-slip between the steel and concrete is the basic topic of the theoretical research of SRC. Few research findings have been got. And the bond-slip between the steel and concrete is an engineering field focus. It's great meaningful and practical utility to carry out the research. The main researches of the article are as follow:1. According to the theoretical and experimental materials of bond-slip behaviors and constitutive relations, the basic problems of the bond-slip behaviors were presented here. The bond-slip mechanism and mainly influence factors were elaborated. The basic theories, basic concept and research findings of bond-slip constitutive relation were summarized briefly.2. Based on the experimental materials, bond–slip behavior of the steel reinforced concrete (SRC) beams is studied here. According to the characteristic of the loads, the slip displacements formulation between steel and concrete of a SRC column subjected to push-out load is derived by energy method for the first time. The slip displacement formulation along the embedment length is derived by the principle of minimum potential energy. The calculation results show that the slip curves have the basic characteristic of quadratic curves distribute.3. According to the experiment materials of bond-slip behaviors of steel reinforced concrete home and abroad, mechanics model of a pull-out steel I-column has been built and the slip displacement between steel and concrete of a steel I-column subjected to pull-out load is studied by energy method. The cross section of steel I-column is divided into three parts. The slip displacement formulation along the embedment length is derived by the principle of minimum potential energy. The calculation results show that the slip curves have the basic characteristic of quadratic curves distribute.4. The process and the characteristic of the bond stress distribution of the steel I-column's push-out test are related here. According to the experimental materials, the basic features of bond-slip constitutive relation have been summarized. Based on the former conclusion of this paper, the bond-slip constitutive relation has been inspected and verified. The result is in good accordance with the experimental results very well.
