The Analysis On Pipes' Technique And Economic Of Low Temperature Hot Water Floor Radiant Heating

With the development of the society economics, the technique of the low temperature hot water radiant floor heating has been widely used. But there are still some technique and economic problems in actual application. This paper analyzes some commonly used pipes of the low temperature hot water radiant floor heating system, and their function and minimum thickness choice are researched .And it further analyzes the technique and economic problems of the pipes.Through the analysis of six commonly used heating-pipes, this paper compares the function of various plastic pipes and there is also comparison between plastic pipe and copper pipe. The table for choosing minimum pipe thickness is obtained with the total breakage calculation method according to the 4 class using condition. The paper compares the minimum pipe thickness with radiant floor heating time obtained with the mean temperature method. This can provide a lot of convenience for choosing the heating pipe.The technique problems about the heat quantity, operating problems, hydraulic loss and oxygen prevention are analyzed in this paper. It discusses the factors which have influence on the heat quantity and compares the heat quantity of some pipes. It points out the solutions of some problems in designing and operating. And it obtains the hydraulic loss table and diagram of different pipes by calculating the hydraulic loss according to different thickness of different pipes. It also provides corresponding homologous correction coefficients, considering many influential factors. Furthermore, the bane of oxygen permeating and the capability of oxygen preventing of different pipes are analyzed.Finally,there are the price sensitivity analysis of the heating pipes and the analysis about the construction costs, the influential factors of the indoor system and the limited value of relative price motion of different pipes. The influence of the pipe on the economics is investigated under the condition of the same pipe consuming, different heat quantity and the same heat quantity, different pipes consuming, respectively.
