With the development of prefabricated buildings,there shows unique advantages in energy saving of low temperature radiation heating.The heat source which was used in low-temperature radiation ground heating is low-grade heat energy.At the same time,the development of prefabricated buildings puts forward more stringent requirements for low temperature radiation heating technology.Established on the idea of building energy saving and prefabricated radiant heating technology,the construction and thermal performance of a prefabricated Radiant heating floor was researched in this paper.Based on a design concept of insulation,installation,decoration,energy saving and safety,in order to build the prefabricated floor in this paper,insulation material and backwater pipe was added to the traditional floor.The heating effect was achieved by convection heat transfer and radiation heat transfer between the heating space and the surface of the floor,so that it can satisfy the indoor human comfort.In this paper,the physical model and mathematical model of prefabricated radiant heating floor were established,and the whole and internal structure of prefabricated radiant floor were analyzed.By using ICEM/fluent and other commercial software,the thermal performance of prefabricated radiant heating floor structure was numerically simulated.The influence of different structures(Tube spacing and tube diameter)and different water supply conditions(Water supply temperature and speed)on the thermal performance of prefabricated low temperature radiation heating floor was also investigated.The results showed that the model with 200 mm or 250mm?25 mm diameter had better thermal performance.Then,the heating structure of prefabricated radiant floor was also discussed in this paper in order to homogenize the temperature of floor surface.The influences of different heat conduction layer position and different heat conduction layer thickness on the thermal performance of prefabricated radiant floor were analyzed.Finally,it was concluded that the average temperature uniformity of the module surface was optimal by increasing the thickness of the heat conduction layer at the appropriate positionThe results of this paper provide a certain theoretical basis for the research and innovation of prefabricated radiation floor,which has guiding significance for the design,construction and evaluation of prefabricated radiation heating floor.Furthermore,it provides a reference for the modular parameter design,and makes it possible to unify the factory production,as well has important significance for the popularization and application of prefabricated heating floor.
