Turntable is a kind of the key equipment in simulation technology, its performance index can influence the reliability and certainty of simulation test directly. The dynamic error of rotation angle has become a problem to be solved rapidly, because it is a very important index in turntable performance index. A new measuring method with the measurement about the dynamic error of rotation angle, is introduced in this paper, which is based on the principle of optical autocollimating and high speed linear CCD, upon which the dynamic apparatus of turntable rotation angle is researched on design.Firstly, this paper mainly studied on the principle of optical autocollimating and high speed linear CCD in dynamic measuring, upon which the general scheme about the dynamic apparatus of turntable rotation angle is designed. According to its performance index, operating principle and composition of the apparatus has been given. Then the optical system, the data collecting and processing system, and the apparatus's software of the apparatus have been designed and achieved. Several problems of the optical system were studied including the light source problem, the components, the noise problem and so on , and the corresponding effective solutions were proposed. For the assuring of dynamic continual measuring in large, the method of combining multi-group collimators with high speed linear CCD is used to measure and data collect. At the same time, the apparatus's software has been designed to achieve automation in measurement and human-computer interactive. Finally, in order to insure measuring accuracy, sub-pixel subdivision algorithm is used to promote the target locating accuracy of CCD to the sub-pixel level, and the conclusions were proposedAccording to the program designing of apparatus, it is proofed in the abstract, that the apparatus not only can achieve continual measurement of dynamic rotation angle in high-accurate and the large, but also it can achieve high-speed measurement and record about the changing process of angle.
