Inertial technology is based on the principle of inertia, a kind of high-tech which refer to multi-disciplinary and used to control and measurement of objects.It occupies a very important position in the national defense weapon technology. In the vehicle weapon equipment, stabilized platform inertial navigation system which based on inertial technology is to improve the motor performance and combat capability. The precision of the measurement on the turret relative to the chassis’s rotation angle, directly determines the stabilized inertial navigation system’s precision. It’s also the one of the technical problems in the land vehicle weapons in urgent need.To solve the turret rotation’s nature of dynamic, high precisionmeasurement, in this paper,it expounded the background, purpose and significance of research. Based on the detailed analysis of domestic and foreign angle measurement technology, and the combination of the development status of inertial measurement system, a high precision angle measuring system was forworded to realize it. Through the experimental device in a simulated tank turrets, combined measuring system of magnetic sensor configuration of MEMS gyro and accelerometer. The measurement system mainly includes sensors, the subsequent conditioning circuit and data processing parts. Secondly, according to the working principle of the system, it completed the hardware circuit and software design,and analysis of the algorithm used in the system. And among the various modules of the system connection and information interaction mode. Finally, in order to improve the stability and reliability of the system, it completed the experiment of static test of measuring and field test,then analysis of the test results combined measurement system had designed. At last, it put forward the corresponding calibration error and compensation scheme, and make further effort to carrie on the system error compensation.A combination of inertial measurement system was designed and implemented in this paper.The experiments shows that:The measurement system is stable,reliable,and it have a strong practical value. More importantly,it can satisfied the technology index of high-precision measurement,and its accuracy of measurement is up to 80".
