Study On Water Spray Air Cooler And Tower Cooling Air Conditioning System Of SPC Exchange Room

With the development of economic and society, the building energy consumption particularly the air conditioning system energy consumption takes larger and larger place in the whole energy consumption. At present, Stored Program Control(SPC) exchange develops rapidly, attracting more and more attention in China.The most important equipment of existing air conditioning system of SPC exchange room is the special air-conditioner run by electricity. It runs continuously to maintain the required condition of the room. Thus it costs a great deal of electricity energy. So it is very important to work on the air handling process of air condition system of SPC exchange room.The indoor air condition characteristic of SPC exchange room reflects that isohume cooling has great potencial in energy conservation. So it is very important to work on the heat and mass transfer process of direct contaction of water and air in regular stuffing.With the weather changes in transition season and winter, tower cooling has great potential in energy conservation where needs cooling all the year.This paper takes a SPC exchange room in Harbin as an example, using DeST to simulate its cooling load of every hour in the whole year, and then calculates its energy consumption.On base of former air cooler model and tower cooling technology, the paper reforms the air conditioning system, and calculates the whole energy consumption, then compares it to the existing system.Analyzing the outdoor phenomena data of selected 31 cities in China, the paper applies the former air conditioning system individually. The energy conservation effect is also developed so it becomes easy to promote the reformed programme to other area of China.
