This paper put forward the destination of the masonry intelligent technique experimental environment. And explain the necessary factors to build up the environment. An elementary systemic masonry intelligent technique experimental environment was built with the technique of Cellular Automata to predict the failure patterns of solid panels. The masonry panels were divided into two sorts according to their boundary conditions. A lot of examples were given including panels whose dimensions range from 6m to 2.5m. to validate the environment's correctness and applicable range .Try to build up the masonry intelligent technique experimental environment for panels with opening. Then test its correctness and find out the environment need improved.At the same time, a new transition function was used to calculate the state value of model for improving the environment. So the result can be more precise and the range to apply can be wider. Especially when the net is close because the panels dimension is big or the failure pattern is complex. We can also predict panels bigger than the base panel accurately which is impossible in the fore environment.Furthermore, a method was put forward which depict the variance of panel's failure pattern with transition coefficient. Because of the masonry structure's variability, masonry panels may have different failure patterns although they have same boundaries and dimensions. Different patterns can be predicted by changing transition coefficient. And the efficiency of the environment is advanced.Some problems were put forward to solve in the future .
