Recycled fine aggregate as a kind of new building materials, has the advantages of green environmental protection, energy conservation and emissions reduction,compared with natural fine aggregate, use of recycled fine aggregate replace part of natural fine aggregate, the preparation of regeneration of mortar, not only solved the problem of the current our country resources drying up, also opened up a new building energy for our country.This test on autonomous region natural science fund projects, the project number2012211 A005;, according to the research of existing research results take preparation regeneration of recycled fine aggregate mortar, mortar used in test types will be divided into four kinds: natural mortar group, regeneration of mortar, mixing fly ash mortar and doped lithium slag powder mortar group, the amount of recycled fine aggregate with natural fine aggregate is 3:7, fly ash, lithium slag powder to replace cement content is 10%; Experiment research is applied to regeneration of mortar masonry engineering, discuss masonry stress learning performance(average compressive strength, standard and design values, stress-strain curves, elastic modulus,poisson’s ratio) and shear resistance performance(average, standard, design value of shear strength).Experimental research shows that:(1) based on different levels, different regenerative mortar admixture of compression test, it is concluded that the compressive strength from big to small in turn for natural mortar- mixing fly ash mortar group- regeneration mortar- doped lithium slag powder mortar group.(2) based on different levels, different admixtures of recycled fine aggregate mortar bricks masonry compression test is made, the highest natural compressive strength of masonry mortar group, followed by mixing fly ash mortar group and the lowest is doped lithium slag powder mortar strength group, and four groups,compressive strength of the masonry is lower than the current specification values;Due to the test data discreteness is relatively small, so the related design parameter and standard value is not fixed, throw in specification specified value.(3) the stress and the strain of masonry with different admixtures mortar masonry,curve slope changed little, and for different levels of mortar masonry, with the improvement of mortar rating curve steepened gradually, and according to the stress ratio and strain ratio curve combined with software fitting constitutive relation(4) and the ratio of the measured elastic modulus value for masonry, and compared with standard formula calculated value, it is concluded that the measured values slightly higher value calculation, the elastic modulus value range in the range of 3000 ~ 7000.(5) take the ratio of the vertical and lateral strain deformation for specimens poissons ratio, calculated by formula poissons ratio of the value of 0.209.(6) is derived through the study on the shear strength of masonry shear strength of the expression, and the coefficient of variation and standard value and design value of masonry shear are obtained.Key words: masonry compression, masonry shear, regeneration of mortar, the...
