Gyroscope is widely used in modern national defence technology and military weaponry system. Traditional gyroscope's characteristics such as large volume, large mass, expensive price, weak resistance, low bandwidth, high power consumption, make it unadapted for modern weaponry system. These years, with the development of MENS and micro-electronics technology, micromachined vibratory gyroscope appears. It uses silicon technology to make components of gyroscope, and puts correlative circuits on the same chip. Thus gyroscope is smaller than before. Now gyroscope is more important in inertial technology and national defence area, so researchers pay more attention to it.Referring to correlative research in the world, the thesis introduces micromachined vibratory gyroscope's studying content, present situation, operating principles, dynamics models, electrostatic driving, detection principles firstly. According to requirements about interface circuit of micromachined vibratory gyroscope, the thesis describes design of the interface circuit in detail secondly. The interface circuit includes several parts which are amplifier, integrator, HPF, LPF, low frequency driver, high frequency carrier. The design contains every part's function, technical scheme, performance indexes. Then rules and skills of layout design are briefly introduced. Based on Shanghua company's 0.5umCMOS craft parameter and rules, the interface circuit's layout is designed. In the end, simulation is done. Simulation results show that the circuit design is right, and the circuit can realize functions as required.
