| With the rapid development of science and technology, different new materials and motive power elements are developed, experiment studies must be done under the condition of approaching real operating circumstances before they become mature products and are put into markets, all of those should be completed on loading test bench with high quality. So it is very necessary to research and develop corresponding loading test bench. Rotary vane hydraulic steering gear is a new-style steering gear. Compared with other types of steering gears, it possesses a series of strongpoint such as compactness light in weight, simple structure, making easily, maintenance and repair conveniently and so on. It needs to do a loading experiment of simulating under actually operating conditions in the improved design of hydraulic steering gear. This requires a task of development of hydraulic steering gear loading system. It should satisfy the research of hydraulic steering gear loading test and carry out the research of loading test of other hydraulic motive elements with high torque and low rotate speed. That is what this paper is for.On the basis of referring steering gear test norm and other information adequately, the author analyzes the rational of loading test bench and confirms the schematic of system at the end. Through embedded analysis of schematic and corresponding theoretical arithmetic and derivation, the law of motion and mechanics the basic demand used in the design of pumping station and structure of bench can be found.Under the principle of meeting the demand of parameter, oil cylinder, pumping station and bench used in test system have been designed and manufactured. Then assemble them, that's the hydraulic steering gear loading test benchSome primary experimentation has been done on the test bench and then got some important parameter. The manufacture and primary experimentation of test bench show the rational is correct and feasible.
