Flow characteristic of servo-valve plays an important role in the overlap of servo-valve measuring and manufacturing quality analysis of servo-valve. The linear segment of the flow characteristic can be used to calculation the overlap of servo-valve and the non-linear segment of which can be used in manufacturing quality analysis of servo-valve. Traditional method uses float flowmeter pneumatic measuring, which is hard to convert pneumatic signal to electric signal and not perfect in automated measure. Pressure method is automatic, but it just can draw the pressure characteristic, which can not indicate the manufacturing quality analysis of servo-valve visually. Hydraulic measuring must have perfect equipment, oil temperature also effects measuring result. All for this, this dissertation brings forward a new settle method.This dissertation carries on the detail studying to flow measuring method, indicate it's better than pressure method. Which analyzes the request about flow sensor of flow measuring method, then designs a project which uses a new thermal gas mass flow sensor. AWM 2300 thermal mass flow sensor'performance is analyzed. The line compensating technique and secondary instrument of AWM 2300 is designed.AWM 2300 works on the ready test position used in manufacturing quality analysis of servo-valve. By system debug, experiment to see about new measuring system's precision, repeat precision and system error, comparison to pressure method indicates the new method reaches the potential result.
