Jet pipe servo valve because of the strong ability to resist pollution, easymaintenance, small pilot level of abrasion, the forerunner level of high efficiency, highresolution, working stability when low pressure oil supply and stable torque motorstructure, etc, are widely used in various fields. But jet pipe flow field characteristics ofthe amplifier is complex, it is difficult to accurately predict its characteristics. Therefore,jet pipe servo valve is mainly rely on experiment and experience for design. Based onthe fluid simulation method to establish mathematical model for the whole of jet pipeservo valve which will provide referential basis for the design and optimization.This paper introduces the structure and working principle of jet pipe servo valve, inview of the jet pipe servo valve jet tube amplifier three dimensional flow field of thesimplified model is established and numerical simulation is carried out. Study the staticcharacteristics of the jet tube amplifier, obtained the jet tube amplifier in differentgeometric structure parameters and flow field characteristics of different deviationdisplacement,, and through the mathematical fitting method to obtain the pressureequation, flow equation, flow-pressure equation,for the jet pipe servo valve amplifierand laid a solid foundation for the optimization design and the construction of the wholemathematical model of jet pipe servo valve provides a reference basis.Based on the structure and working principle of jet pipe servo valve, establish thethe mathematical model of torque motor, armature component,the jet tube amplifier,power slide valve, Eventually set up a complete mathematical model of the jet pipeservo valve, according to the mathematical model and transfer function using thecomputer simulation software Matlab/simulink to analyze frequency response and timedomain characteristics of valve.
