The Electro-hydraulic simulator has much important significance to modern national-defense science and technology. Capability of the servo-motor, which is the necessary driving equipment of simulator, directly impact the performance of simulator. With the development of science and technology, the demands for the technical level, applying range and request of simulator become higher and higher. Some present military hydraulic simulators only driven by electro-hydraulic swing servo-motor can not meet the needs. Based on this background, continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo motors directly driving simulator and its control system are studied in this article.After synthesizing a lot of related literatures and reference materials at home and abroad, this paper makes a brief review on the history and technology development of hydraulic simulator, their direct driving motors and their control systems in the prolegomenon, compares different characteristics of some common rotary hydraulic power motors, and takes a survey of automatic control theory and its apply research in electro-hydraulic position servo system.For enhancing the capability of super low-speed, this paper improves the local structure of vane compaction, decreases the pressure angle between vane and stator in order to the vane can flex fluently, and design the spring in terms of the working condition. In additional, this paper predigests and calculators the measure of leakage.The mathematical model of single passage electro-hydraulic position servo system with continuous rotary servomotor is built in this paper. Using the practical value of parameter, this paper builds a material model, makes use of the theory of greyer box identification to gain a mathematical model, and compares the two models. Based on the identified model, an on-line tuning parameter of proportional integral derivatives controller is presented in this paper, moreover the paper introduces differential forward feed control commonly used in simulators to speed up frequency response. To compensate torque interruption, the paper designs a compound control strategy. Some simulations prove that compound control strategy can effectively improve the dynamic and static properties of system.This paper sets down an analogical controller and writes the control software. In allusion to the bad capability of aluminium servo-motor, this paper compares the both experimental result, and analyzes the result. Otherwise, the leakage experiment is done with different pressure and different velocity.
