The paper is a part of an actual reserch project. This project is mainly to develop the comprehensive performance testing system of hydraulic components, which is a highly automated system. The test includes the static and dynamic performance trials of the typical hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders and special transmission components. Among them, the high-power hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors performance test system is based on energy recycling technology.Speed and pressure constant value adjustment is necessary in the process of the efficiency of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors. Now there is a problem, the original control methods is based on experience, this approach leads to slow convergence speed, the time is long, high temperature. In order to solve this problem, a control method is suggested that is based on the control resolution and fuzzy rule and is used in the experimental process. The experimental result shows that the test time is reduced by about 48.7% than before, the convergence rate of the regulating process and the test work efficiency are significantly improved. For the related research, the work of this paper has important reference value.In this paper, To begin with, the paper gives the research background, briefly introduces the fuzzy control theory. Next, the paper discusses the composition, characteristic and working principle of the high-power hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors performance test system, which is based on energy recycling technology. Finally, the paper focuses on the process of analysis, design and implementation of control resolution experiment and fuzzy proportional control experiment, moreover, the paper analyses and discusses the experimental results.
