With the requirement of modern war condition and development of laser technology, compared with radio wave and the capacitance fuze, Laser proximity fuze has a strong anti-jamming ability due to the monochromaticity and directivity of laser. Its strong directivity greatly increases accuracy of the fuze in orientation. high brightness property enhances the sensitivity of the fuze. Nowadays laser proximity fuze has been applied in bomb, missle and antitank missle. This thesis focus on the research in numeralization of laser proximity fuze and implement on the DSP was done.In this thesis, Static Ratio Timer method was used to obtain the reference of transmitted and receival signal based on the optical difference between different echo signals. According to the correlation of the transmitted and receival signal, we proposed a method through digital correlation to get the reference time. Based on the shape of the transmitted and receival signal, a centroid method was proposed to get the reference time. Due to the echo signal's unsteady property, a proposal to get the arriving time of the receiving signal through the method of dyadic wavelet was proposed.Cases of the light beam oblique incidence to the plane goal situation were analyzed in this thesis to get the change of the receival wave'shape, width, and peak value as change of the receival signal from different distance and incidence angle by MATLAB software. In this foundation, the results measured using four methods measuring the object distance and did statistics to the measuring error were analyzed. Through analysis and comparison, dyadic wavelet method was selected to realize on the hardware system.The dyadic wavelet algorithm was implemented in the system based on 16-bit fixed-point TMS320VC5502 in this thesis. To get the performance required, I've set the hardware and software environment, designed the algorithm and done the initialization of the hardware configuration and flow of the system software. Finally I did some experiments on the simulation of the receival signal using signal generator.
