In the modern complex battlefield environment,in order to improve the killing efficiency of the projectile against the target,the fuze is required to be able to deal with different targets at the same time during the combat.Multi-function fuse can have multiple damage modes at the same time,and can set different initiation modes according to different types of targets to achieve the best damage effect.Based on the laser proximity fuze and the penetration layer fuze,this paper studies a method of improving the measurement accuracy of the laser proximity fuze and the penetration layer fuze by using the initiation filtering algorithm of the DSP multi-function fuze.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the ranging accuracy of laser proximity fuzes,and the influence of measurement errors caused by different factors.Common laser ranging mechanisms are analyzed and compared to find out the advantages and disadvantages of different laser ranging mechanisms and analyze the application scenarios of different mechanisms.The characteristics of pulse power waveform of laser pulse signal transmitted and received by laser proximity fuze in measuring targets with different distance and surface characteristics are studied,and the corresponding mathematical model is established.The initiation mode and working principle of penetration fuze are analyzed,and a detonation strategy of penetration layer counting fuze is designed.The composition of the acceleration signal in the process of penetration is studied,and the mathematical model of the influence of stress wave propagation on the penetration acceleration signal is established.Based on the above research on multi-function fuze,it provides a theoretical basis for the design of subsequent filtering algorithm.Kalman filtering algorithm,adaptive LMS filtering algorithm and adaptive exponential weighted moving average filtering algorithm proposed in this paper are analyzed.Based on the adaptive exponential weighted moving average filtering algorithm,the adaptive penetration layer threshold algorithm is derived to calculate the layer threshold during penetration.MATLAB simulation tests are carried out for Kalman filtering algorithm,adaptive LMS filtering algorithm and adaptive exponential weighted moving average filtering algorithm,and the advantages of adaptive exponential weighted moving average filtering algorithm over traditional algorithms are analyzed.The hardware system and development environment of multi-function fuze are built,and the working principle of multi-function fuze system is analyzed.The error test of laser proximity fuze in the face of targets with different distances and surface characteristics shows that the measurement error of laser proximity fuze is about 40 cm when the adaptive exponential weighted moving average filtering algorithm is not added.After the adaptive exponential weighted moving average filtering algorithm is added,the measurement error of laser proximity fuze is reduced to less than 10 cm,which can effectively reduce the interference of measurement noise on data.The impact test of the penetration layer fuze is carried out,and the acceleration generated when the projectile penetrates the target is simulated through the impact table test.The continuous impact experiment shows that the adaptive exponential weighted moving average filtering algorithm can effectively filter the high-frequency vibration in the acceleration signal during the penetration process,making the impact acceleration curve smooth.The adaptive penetration layer threshold algorithm can calculate the layer threshold that needs to be set for the current penetration layer in real time.Under the joint action of the two algorithms,the probability of layer error of the penetration layer system can be reduced,and the early detonation Delayed detonation.The simulation test and hardware system experiment results show that the adaptive exponential weighted moving average filtering algorithm and the adaptive penetration layer counting algorithm are feasible for the filtering processing scheme of the multifunction fuze based on DSP.
