| After creating a new original design scheme, the evaluation and redesign to the scheme, are crucial in the whole designing process of the hydraulic equipments. The manufacturers of large-scale hydro-generators have the properties of"single unit, small batch and large complete set", and this kind of enterprises always have to go to bid frequently, so their design tasks are very heavy. Aiming at the requests of Harbin Electric Machinery Company Limited(HEC) to the large-scale hydro-generator scheme design system, this paper did some research about the technologies of the evaluation and redesign of hydro-generators'scheme, and accomplished the software system successfully.At first, on the foundations of studying the large-scale hydro-generators'structure characters, this paper imported the component theory into the product's scheme design process, it defined the generator's components, and it's granular and interface, applied Oracle technology to manage and operate the components database. It also proposed a searching method based on the combination of knowledge and case based reasoning, gave out the concepts of searching recall and precision, and discussed how to assemble a system with all the components. All of these make the scheme design of the large-scale hydro-generators based on component theory come true.To judge whether a created scheme could satisfy all the designing requests, is an important part in the designing process. This paper introduced how to use fuzzy synthetic evaluation method based on gravity center of fuzzy set in the evaluation of the scheme, gave out the evaluating indicator system and the authority distribution. Also, it evaluated an actual station's design scheme using this method.The paper applied the technology of qualitative reasoning into the scheme's redesign. On the study about the properties of the generator's scheme design, it researched the influences of the input parameters to the output parameters, constructed the qualitative equations, by the theory of qualitative reasoning based on parts. And it redesigned the scheme which had been evaluated in the last chapter. The development of the software system has been accomplished based on all the theories above. This system consistes of the electromagnetic design and structure design, and it can create bid papers straightly. The system was developed with Java programming language and Oracle database. To make the operation more convenient, it has the same interfaces as Windows. Finally, this paper tested the system by using the data of Sesan station in Vietnam, and the result proved the validity and practicability of the software system. At present, the system has been accepted by the HEC, and got into use in the designing course. |
