This paper based on the actual project,studies on control of assemble-welding errors of body-in-white which is general in automobile enterprises.A software used to control assemble-welding errors of body-in-white is developed in this paper.This software can be used to analyze and treate the data acquired from CMM(Coordinator Measuring Machine),and establish error model and alarm system,and determine deviation source,and study the rules of assemble-welding rebound.Assemble-welding errors can be controlled by adjusting fixture at last.Two functions are provided by this software.One is display of error and the treatment results by classification,and determine deviation source by observing measured data of measuring points,the curve of time and course,and the position of measuring points on body-in-white drawing.The other is intelligent search which is to find trouble point by setting up error model and retrieve error data finished by computer from thousands of measuring points.Diagnosing work which is observed by people is reduced efficiently,and the immediacy of alarm system is improved.The control work for assemble-welding errors body-in-white is finished by the software in a certain automobile works.To prove the efficiency and applicability of the software some control examples and research results are introduced in this paper.
