In the design of the super-high building structure,the dynamic characteristics of the structure and the wind and seismic response of structures is an important basis for the design,that is an important method to understanding the wind and seismic performance of the structure by analyzing the characteristics of the super-high building with the finite element program.This paper outlines the course of the development of high-rise building,and a high-rise building in Wuhan(55 above-ground layer,building height of 175.55 meters total)are analyzed on the basis of summing up the calculation method of the high-rise building.The high-rise building in height is beyond Class B applies a high degree of the largest high-rise building height,height-to-width ratio is 7.11,more than a high degree of the largest class B ratio of height to width 7.0,so it is belong to unlimited high-rise building.In this paper,the design and analysis of the structure is by SATWE and Etabs2000,whose calculation models are set up according to the actual size of the structure.In SATWE,the analysis model of beam and column is simulated by frame-element,slab is plane-element,shear-wall is wall-element and slab is infinitely rigid in the internal and zero in the external;In Etabs,beam and column is frame-element,slab and shell-wall is shell-element and slab is elastic floor.Trough comparing the analysis results of two kinds of calculation model,drawing the following conclusion:(1)The first mode' vibration period of the structure is 3.32s,the characteristic period of site is 0.35s,the structure avoid characteristic period of site,so it is avoid resonance effects,and structure of section and the choice of materials are meet the requirements of structural strength.(2)The high-rise building using shear wall structure,the level of structural rigidity is very strong,but the direction of the axis is not the same as rigidity,The stiffness in Y direction is less than that in X-direction.Because of the centre of mass and stiffness centres do not coincide,so the vibration form appears the coupling of move and torsion,electing the first 15 modes to analyze can reflect accurately the actual load-function situation of the structure. (3)Input Elc wave,Taft wave and the Lanzhou wave into Etabs2000,we can get the structural dynamic response through analyzing time-displacement curve, acceleration-time curve and reverse-angle curve of the structure,and through analyzing reverse-angle curve of the various parts of the floor,we can know that the structure have a good integrity.(4)Using two different procedures,it is facilitate analysis and comparison,it is make our results more in line with the actual project and improve the reliability of the structure.By finite element analysis,that is provides useful basis for the structure design and solves the practical problems of the project.
