Study On Combustion And Dechlorination Characteristics Of RDF Which Is Suitable For Grate-Fired Furnace

The problem of the energy shortage has become serious day by day. A lot of research institutions are carrying on the research of the regenerated energy actively. The research of biomass energy is an important part among them. RDF is a new technology of Urban Waste Energy Utilization. For the matter of equipment corrosion, most institutions have put emphasis on the fluid bed boiler-a kind of special fuel-burning equipment. This article integrated the present situation of our country industry boiler much for Grate--Fired Furnace, analyzed the dechlorination and combustion characteristics of RDF, and discussed the feasibility of this technology.This article analyzed MSW component and the quality percentage content, prepared materials with the typical matching of the MSW of Nanjing, adding CaO or papermaking black liquor as chemical additive, considered the combustion conditions of Grate--Fired Furnace ,has carried on the experiment of dechlorination efficiency .The author analyzed the effect of the temperature, additive content, and the size of flues on the dechlorination efficiency.In the research of the RDF combustion characteristic, this text has carried on the orthogonal test to the combustion speed, analyzed the effect of the temperature, additive content, the size of flues on the dechlorination efficiency;analyzed the impact on the caloric value of the fuel, ash melting point of different additive content in samples, tested combustion contours of TG,DTG,DTA of RDF, and accounted combustion kinetics parameter and determine ignition point by contours. By these experiments, the combustion characters of RDF briquette were acquired.This text used the papermaking black liquid as the additive. The papermaking black liquid could be deal with effectively. This research provided a new way for the treatment of papermaking black liquid.
