The diving pump is the machinery applied universally,it is composed of diving asynchronous motor and pump.Diving pump efficiency is not high enough to centrifugal pump at present,it still has very big lifting space.The research of improving diving pump efficiency has been done to different guide vane on basis of the same impeller by the way of combining theory with experiment.We can see that researchers study how to improve diving pump efficiency focus on impeller and guide vane's theory and design.Yet the research of the relations between impeller and guide vane is very few.On basis of the match of impeller and guide vane is very important to higher efficiency pump's,main content as follows:First,the equations of guide vane and impeller have been deduced in theory,at the same time,it has analysised the adapter relations between guide vane and impeller,and pointed out the solution way of the best operation points to diving pump.Second,by CFD simulation,the performance curve of 250QJ125 diving pump has been created with the diving pump model by AutoCAD.By contrast,the way of predict the performance to diving pump is feasible by CFD simulation.Another,it is important to select for mesh quantity and convergence quality,it can not only meet requirements of calculation,but also shorten the calculation time and conserve resources.Third,the results anastomosis by comparison between the best operation points to diving pump by analytical method and simulation test results.It shows that the formulas of guide vane characteristics and impeller characteristics are correct and it has some practical value.Forth,by analysis the velocity and pressure in guide vane,it can prove that the inlet geometric parameters of guide vane directly impact the diving pump's performance and location of the best operation points.It can be drawed that increase the guide vane's length,increase incidence and endwall can improve the diving pump's performance.Fifth,by analysis of area-ratio principle,we can draw that if we obtain higher water head, the area-ratio coefficiency Y≤1.At the same time,it can be pointed out that the area-ratio coefficiency can response the adapter relations between guide vane and impeller by area-ratio coefficiency computation to two guide vanes on basis of the same impeller.Last,the research about the performance of diving pump by CFD simulation can master interior flow pattern of guide vane and impeller.At the same time,it can shorten the research time,decrease costs and have more scientific research and economic significance.
