Study On Suzhou Historical And Cultural City's Protection And Renewal

This paper selects historical and cultural city of Suzhou as a case from the perspective of time and space, in the integrated use of history, the Town Planning, science and other related disciplines research methods of its historical and cultural relics protection and updates analyzed and discussed. The article first analyzes the development of Suzhou city in the urban development process and the traditional historical, cultural heritage promote.That is the replacement of city history and culture of the basic viewpoints of a protection. With this perspective, the paper focus on four aspects of the protection of the Suzhou city and update, summed up the protection and renewal model of Suzhou. Then select the same Jiangnan Water city of Shaoxing, contrast the protection and update model of the two cities, analyze the lackness and experience of them, finally draw conclusion. On more than part , the paper attempt to protect the city from Suzhou planning the development of the city to see the protection and update the evolution of thinking, combined with the current development of the times, Suzhou city is the protection and renewal of countermeasures and suggestions.
