The paper designs an electronic energy-saving control system for hydraulic excavator from the current applying situation home and abroad. And applies the algorithm named "the improved variable structure of PID control algorithm based on single neural network" in the power matching control system to the engine and variable pump, simulating results indicate its superiority .Since the hydraulic excavator has single or double variable pump system, in order to apply that algorithm to different systems, studies the power matching control tactics for engine to single or double pump system. At the same time, for solving the unharmonious question between the power matching of engine and variable pump and the matching of variable pump and loads, designs a matching system controlling the output flux by proportional allotment to each loads, realizes the power matching of engine and variable pump and loads on the hydraulic excavator in theory.Embedded computer control system is one of hot research of single-chip microcomputer control system in the nowadays. The embedded system is applied to the electronic saving-energy system of hydraulic excavator, the LPC2294 of ARM7 series processor is chose as the controller core, and the saving-energy matching controller has carried out design to lay down basis for research and development of electronic energy-saving controller of hydraulic excavator.
