In the field of engineering machinery, hydraulic excavator is a very important model,because of its high efficiency, good adaptability and is widely used in highway, railway,municipal, water conservancy construction, it has play an important role in the nationalinfrastructure.But at the same time, hydraulic excavator is a kind of high energy consumptionof machine, the fuel utilization in construction process is only20%or so, it has to do with thecurrent energy saving, the idea of protecting the natural environment is not consistent,therefore, in the current rapid development of manufacturing, energy-saving technology ofhydraulic excavator research is particularly important for improving the utilization ratio of theenergy of the excavator has become an important trend in the development of the hydraulicexcavator today.In this paper, we ues a company’s20t hydraulic excavators as the researchobject,and we have studied the hydraulic system’s power matching and energy saving,themain research content is as follows:(1)In the research of overseas and domestic excavator hydraulic system matching andenergy saving control technology on the basis of the literature,described the hydraulic systemis widely used on the current domestic hydraulic excavator matching and energy savingcontrol technologies,and combining with the working characteristics of hydraulic excavatorand the working environment, the main reason of energy loss analysis of excavator.(2)Hydraulic excavator working process is divided into heavy load, load and light loadthree models,according to the three typical conditions, on the basis of comprehensive Engine-Hydraulic System-Load efficiency and speed of response,make relevant control strategiesand control methods,and through the building simulation system, find out the best controlparameters,analysis of the control effect parameters.(3)For hydraulic excavator engine response characteristics,fuel economy, efficiency, andhydraulic systems operator in the construction process on the performance requirements foranalysis,the hydraulic excavator engine, hydraulic system and the load as a change of thesystem to study,through the points of hydraulic excavator working condition control,hydraulic pump of the constant power control and the idle speed control of diesel engine toachieve the purpose of energy saving.(4)Based on theoretical study,the mobile arm energy recovery system is designed bymining principle analysis and set up the simulation model,Use of AMESim simulationsoftware,through the sensor to the system flow and pressure data sampling and datatransmission,the collected signal input electronic control system,the electronic control systemto issue instructions to complete each element control,and simulation calculation of thehydraulic system.Feasibility analysis on the calculation results, to verify the effectiveness ofthe scheme.
