The PCC-AC composite pavement is a new kind of long-life pavement, which paved thin asphalt functional layer upon super thick cement concrete layer. It adequately developed merits of cement concrete pavement and asphalt concrete pavement, it not only has high bearing capacity, but also could improve cosiness for driving. This paper made a series of theoretical analysis and testing research about structure of new PCC-AC composite pavement.Systemic research on shear stress between layers is made through BISRA programme, rules of shear stress between layers with interlayer are analyzed. Factors which have obvious effect on shear stress between layers are thickness of AC layer,axle load,thickness of interlayer and modulus of interlayer. If interlayer is set, shear stress on the bottom of interlayer is bigger than shear stress on the bottom of AC layer, which decreases along with increasing thickness of interlayer and increases along with decreasing modulus of interlayer.Test of shear strength is made through instrument which is devised by myself, shear strength is maximal when tack coat asphalt is besprinkled, shear strength is minimal when tack coat asphalt is not besprinkled, shear strength is decreased when geotextile is paved.Systemic analysis of loading stress and thermal stress is made through ANSYS, effects of dowel bar on stress are adequately considered. The setting of dowel bar could effectively decrease loading stress and thermal stress, changes of space between dowel bars have small effects on stress.Research on optimization of representative structure is made through optimization theory and genetic algorithm, optimum schemes of representative structure under different input parameters are found. Factors which have obvious effect on optimization of representative structure are daily traffic,number of lanes,calculating axle load,climatic zoning. During the factors which have effect on representative structure, calculating axle load is the most obvious.
