Now, energy consume increasing daily and environment empoison being serious gradually, wind power, as renewable, no pollution energy source, is paid great attention by more and more countries. The technology also become research hotspot of many country's scholar.In this paper the Wind and water doubly drive power generation system is presented and analyzed. Large theory analysis to the Variable Speed Constant Frequency (VSCF) wind power generation technology using Doubly Magnetic Generator (DMG), and has established stability theoretical foundation for continue study work.The paper introduces the dual-drive power system structure firstly, and focus on analyzing the mathematic model of the AC excited DMG and the stator flux oriented vector control strategy of the motor as VSCF wind power generator. Secondly, it has put forward and designed the dual PWM converter aimed at the demand of rotor. On the base of the simulation software MATLAB, the established the mathematic model and complex load model is used to carry out the simulation. The final analysis indicates that the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of control strategy.
