The author of this thesis reviewed the status of studying and developing of electrical motor and transmission system. In general, the speed of motor is high and the output torque is small. The machine of deceleration is necessary for a motor to reduce its speed and improve its torque. Therefore, the robot laboratory of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications brought forward a kind of designing idea of a new type of motor that is the meshing motor which combines the motor and the reducer. This new type of motor gains motivity by the attraction of the electromagnet to export low speed and big torque through planetary gearing. The especial configuration can contribute to save space and to improve efficiency.First of all, the author expatiated the operating elements of meshing motor in electromagnetism and mechanism, expatiated the drive principle of the meshing motor, analysised of the circuit and the motor torque equation and the characteristics of the motor flux and inductance. Because of the motor's serious nonlinear magnetic circuit, the author used the Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS) to build the approximation model of the flux. When the motor's magnetic is not saturation, used the least-squares fitting algorithm to built a linear model of the motor inductance. Designed a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller, and used MATLAB / SIMULINK establishment the linear model of the inductance and the model of Adaptive Fuzzy neural network, and simulated the fuzzy controller of motor torque control system.The study of the paper work has laid some practical engagement and theoretical foundation for further research on motor control. The control results based on fuzzy PID control method was relatively good .It also provided some ideas of control method of this kind of motor.
