Controllable excitation linear magnetic suspension synchronous motor can drive CNC machine tool to realize friction free feeding and improve machining accuracy.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation Project:"Research on operation mechanism and control strategy of magnetic levitation feed platform of controllable excitation linear synchronous motor(project approval No.:51575363)",this thesis designs a fuzzy control system of controllable excitation linear motor based on TS model to realize the accurate control of the motor.The contents are as follows:(1)Study the operation mechanism of controllable excitation linear synchronous motor,and deduce the expressions of horizontal thrust and suspension force.After Clarke transformation and park transformation,the mathematical model of the motor under d-q axis is obtained,including voltage equation,flux linkage equation,electromagnetic force formula and motion equation.The coupling phenomenon of horizontal system and suspension system is discussed,the decoupling control mode of id=0 is adopted,and the decoupled system block diagram is built.It provides a basis for the design of control system.(2)Design TS type fuzzy controller for controllable excitation linear synchronous motor.In view of the nonlinear,strong coupling and inaccurate mathematical model of the controllable excitation linear motor control system,a fuzzy controller based on TS model is adopted in this thesis.The linear combination of functions is used to replace the fuzzy language variables as the output of the fuzzy controller,which reduces the number of fuzzy control rules.Use matlab to build the simulation model of TS fuzzy control system,simulate the designed control system,and verify the control effect of the controller.The simulation results show that the control system has fast response speed,strong immunity and better control effect than PI controller.Compared with traditional fuzzy controller,TS fuzzy controller uses less fuzzy control rules,simpler structure and faster running speed.(3)Design TS type self-adjusting fuzzy controller for controllable excitation linear synchronous motor based on genetic algorithm.In order to improve the performance of the control system,the S-function function function is used to realize the optimization process of the designed fuzzy controller by genetic algorithm,so that it has the ability of self-adjustment.The mixed coding method is adopted to optimize the membership function and fuzzy control rules of the controller,and select the appropriate fitness function,crossover,mutation probability and other parameters.The simulation results show that the TS self-adjusting fuzzy control system based on genetic algorithm is significantly faster than the TS fuzzy control system without genetic algorithm,and the stability and anti-interference ability of the system are not affected while the speed is improved.
