The thesis is about the design of THM Full Automatic Paralleling Generator Set and fulfilled basing on comprehensive research and over years designing experience. The thesis dissertate the general situation of the Diesel Generator Set in the first part, especially detailed analyze the current situation of the Automatic paralleling generator set, and confirm the disadvantage of the Diesel Generator Set reactive power sharing, realizing that design and produce the high intelligent paralleling Diesel Generator Set with equal distribution of active and reactive power, high reliability, low consumption is the development trend. After confirming the applicable value of designing THM Full Automatic Paralleling Generator Set, and then focus on the option of diesel engine, power matching, and output interface, control module of the control system and the option of control module. Furthermore, making sure the design of the circuit diagram of the control system, the program and set of the controller input and output interface. Put emphasis on further research for the interface matching between engine & control system, alternator & control system, then get the interface plan and realize the high efficiency sharing of active and reactive power for the Diesel Generator Set.Finally, after testing the whole set, gets an excellent result of active and reactive power sharing, the performance of Generator Set is reliable and fully meet the design requirements.
