The high-speed spindle is not only an important part of High-speed Processing, but also a demand on the Advanced-manufacture. When it is High-speed, there will be vibrations. Thus, there will be damage on the rotating system or overall system. Therefore, balancing procedure is mandatory for reducing the vibration due to unbalance.The subject mainly researches on the technology about high-speed spindle online dynamic balance equipment. Take German GMN Corporation electricity spindle system HC120cg-22000/6 for example to design a set of new high-speed spindle online dynamic balance installment. Innovatively, it proposes a concept of"the real-time energy conservation", which provides a new mentality for seeking a new method of dynamic balance, and leads to increasing benefit for the enterprise.The main researches have carried on as follows:1.The correlative theory research foundation about dynamic balance, especially the work principle and technology about the existing dynamic balance-head is analyzed, and their insufficiency and the superiority are found out. It is the basic theory and design foundation for the design of high-speed spindle dynamic balance.2. A design of the experiment of dynamic balance installment is made. Basic thought: First, based on the design concept of the indirect online dynamic balance head, using the coupling function about electromagnetic field, and with no contact, it can form a radial direction electromagnetic force which has the same peak-to-peak value and the phase in the aggravation plane place, causing this electromagnetic force equating with the needed centrifugal force, and realizing the online real-time precise equipment; In view of this space-time revolving electromagnetic force consuming a large quantity of energy, and mechanism structure having great internal stress, secondly, based on the design concept of the mixed online dynamic balance head, using the work principle of electromagnetism mixed type dynamic balance head, with the influence coefficient, utilizing the revolving polar coordinate synthesis vectorial force on the balance head, it makes the rotor system quality distribute again, and makes the rotor center of mass fall in the center of the rotation; At the same time, the space-time revolving electromagnetic force is vanished, and the rotor system realizes the final dynamic balance under the function of the polar coordinate synthesis force.3. With Pro/E 3.0 project software, not only the three-dimensional entity's geometry model of every spare part of the dynamic balance installment system about the high-speed spindle is set up, but also it calculate out their quality, centroid position and rotate the inertia respectively, the virtual assembly of the whole model also be studied.4. Based on the correct geometry model, the moving simulation model is set up in ADAMS project software by using the interface module of Mech/Pro. The result of the simulation proves that this balance installment can achieve the prospective aim.
