Automated Mechanical Transmission, as so called AMT, is a new-style transmission system. Appling automatic technology in the manual mechanical transmission and clutch, AMT can shift automatically. AMT is suitable for the situation of our country, and has an expansive market and development foreground.Shift schedule is the key technology AMT system. Comparing the states of the vehicle with the optimal shift schedules, the AMT decides the optimal shift moment and achieves the expectative shift position automatically. This will lessen the tiredness of the driver and improve the safety. At the same time, the power and fuel-economy of the vehicle can also be improved. Analyzing dynamics of running vehicle, the shift schedule was researched, the optimal power shift schedules were obtained, and its graph was plotted using Matlab in this thesis.According to the optimal power shift schedules, the procedural flow was implemented. To make the shift schedules match up with special road conditions, this thesis introduces shift gene to amend shift schedules and improves its applicability.To satisfy the need of AMT control system, the author selects the MC9S12C32 which is MOTOROLA 16-bits single chip as main control unit. Input/output modules constructed system are introduced, the fuzzy deduction machine and logic deduction of MC9S12C32 are introduced. The theory analysis and hardware design of the AMT shift control technology will be a good foundation for designing AMT.
