Also, the article realize the technical from the overall design, expert system, neural network ,and information fusion. The system can comprehensive all kinds of on-line and off-line data in order to judge the health condition of equipment. And also it can provide maintenance suggestion .The system achieve a good results in practical application, promote the condition maintenance work well.
