Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frame is assembled by precast presstressed beams and columns with tendons in the joints of the frames. These beams and columns are hoisted in sit and the tendons are passed through the moire pips. So prestressing force is brought to the joints of the frame. These tendons also can assume the moments at the end of the beams in ordinary condition. By way of these tendons, precast beams and columns can be assembled conveniently, and the joints and frames are monolithic and continuous. Consequently, compared with common reinforced concrete frames, this kind of frame systems possess higher reliability and sloved the problems in the process of assembling Prestressed Concrete frames. Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frame explores a new way for industrial production of prestressed structures. This paper based on the pseudo-dynamic test of one Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frame. We Studied and analysed the stress performance and deformability of Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frame under vertical load and horizontal seismicload, and used the plane elastoplasticity dynamical analysis program Drain - 2dx (1993)which can be used to proceed elastoplasticity statical and dynamics time-history computer modeling for the test frame. Compared the results of dynamics time-history analysis with the outcome of quasi-dynamic test, we found it dovetailed very well. All the studies show that the Prestressed Subassemblage concrete frame has better seismic performance.
