Fault Diagnostic Expert System For Military Vehicles

The military vehicle is one of the most widely used modern technical equipments. Fault diagnostic expert system plays a very important role in keeping good technical condition of military vehicles and improve military battle effectiveness. According to the characteristics of vehicle Abnormal Sound Fault and functional fault, this paper used expert system knowledge and fuzzy diagnosis process to research military fault diagnostic expert system based on EQ1091, CA1090 and BJ2020S with BorlandC++ in Windows environment. It explained the collect and arrange of fault diagnostic technology and the acquisition method of engine fuzzy diagnostic information, and discussed general the structure of the system and the scheme design and realization way of each module. This study is important to improve military vehicle fault diagnosis and maintenance technology.
