The Discussion Of Environmental Noise Predicting Mode And The Design Of The Predicting Soft

With the fast development of urban industry and traffic, noise has been a serious environmental problem which effects people's life, study and health. The noise pollution problem has been attached increasing importance. The calculation of environmental noise is very important and practicable.In his paper , we discuss the principle of the outdoor point source as well as road traffic and railway noise and airplane noise predicting mode that is often used in environmental noise impact assessment. Then we introduce the mode including in the predicting soft and the function as well as use of the each mode. On this base, we take the BaoAn converter station for example of outdoor point source predicting mode, while establishing proper sound broadcast model to predict the environmental noise by means of octave sound pressure level and A-weighted sound pressure level. The results will be compared with the results which is practically measured and results predicting by the B&K Predictor Type 7810 soft. The results show that the precision of the two predicting methods is both relatively high, and the results predicting by octave sound pressure level is more precise than by A-weighted sound pressure level. As the part of the hearable noise predicting soft campaign in±800kV DC system which is subordinate to UHV power transmission and transformation campaign and demonstration project supported by Outline of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, it is of great significance to the implement of the project.In the discussion of the theory and the application of the practical issues, we find the inadequate in the predicting modes above, and we have made several amendments on them to make the prediction more precisely. For the respects which can not be solved at the moment, we bring forward them as issues.
