It is vital for the life test of reliability of the automobile electrical system, since the performance of the automobile electrical performance plays a crucial role on the reliability and safety of the vehicle. Fixture's design, manufacture, Installation directly affected to the reliability of test results, and it is difficult to adjust or remedy by the test equipment and precision instruments, so it is necessary for the vibration fixture to optimize the design and finite element analysis, so as to get a relatively good vibration characteristics.Based on the summing the newest research results of the design of fixture and the structure optimization, an initial structure of the system model has been firstly established for an overall layout of automobile electrical system's overall layout as required on the basis of the project design requirements, and a structural optimization model with an optimization design target of structural weight and frequency response have been established. First, Obtained the initial structure model by topology optimization's way. and then a best structural model has been obtained based on the sensitivity analysis of various components and size optimization design. In this paper, an integrity process of the test platform's fixture structural design has been established from the structure selection, conceptual design and size optimization to the remedy of design defects. and Obtained a series of engineering drawings, Now, it has been put into use.The test system will have a higher practical value to the automobile electrical reliability of life test if it is successfully developed, whose design deals with many fields and convergences multi-discipline knowledge.
