Tunnel boring machine TBM, it is a large comprehensive tunnel construction equipment integration of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic, electronic and optical technology, in modern tunnel construction occupies an irreplaceable position, TBM has the following advantages: mining construction speed, high efficiency, environmental geology overall, the engineering benefit is good, the construction used in the tunnel excavation process grew up very well. The main core component is cutter head. The rational design of the cutter head can effectively improve the operation efficiency and increase the service life of the machine.At present, the domestic TBM is in the development stage, and the available information about the cutterhead design is also very few. Therefore, the research of the tool setting disk has become the development needs of our country as a "manufacturing power".According to geological engineering design project of the TBM knife disc structure,establish the solid model of TBM cutter, research tool layout, this design uses a panel type block structure, the cutter head is divided into 5 parts, the high strength bolt connection and welding assembly, thereby reducing the difficulty of processing and transportation. The cutter includes two parts of the front panel and the rear panel, the center of the cutter is connected with leavened slag plate cutter, between the rear panel and the flanges are connected by bolts. The cutter head is made of Q345, and when the machine is machined,the cutter base is machined with the cutter head, thus reducing the thermal deformation caused by welding. A wear-resistant plate, a water jet hole, a manhole and an advance detector are also arranged on the cutter head. This paper describes the structure of TBM cutter layout drawing by CAD software, through the Solidworks cutter simplified version of the model, after the analysis and calculation of disc cutter installed on the cutter head of the force and the direction, deduced the loading conditions of the cutter body structure. In front of the disc knife TBM design model based on the correlation between ANSYS and SolidWorks into the finite element model is established, in order to understand the reliability of TBM cutter structure in practical work, working characteristics of disc cutter based on finite element analysis using ANSYS software, the static analysis, the simplified model after the cutter at the same time, the results of static analysis of the cutter structure to make the appropriate adjustments, mode analysis is carried out in the first analysis, to get the frequency and vibration type TBM cutter, judge the possibility of instability and resonance.Finally, in order to further simulate the actual working state of the cutter head and verify its reliability, the thermal structure coupling analysis of the improved cutter head is carried out to find the optimum working environment. In addition, the structural optimization is carried out according to the results obtained by the analysis, and further improvement is made to the tool disc structure in turn.The results of this analysis and research can be expected to atiract the attention of TBM researchers, and the proposed structural improvement method has certain guiding significance for the design and production of the cutterhead.
