| As a kind of medical equipment, Digital Radiography is rapidly developed in recent years, along with the development of computer, automatization, intelligent control technique and so on. The research object of this paper is how to carry out the control of Digital Radiography with convenience, high efficiency and high precision. The paper mainly research about the application of Infrared remote control, PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), application and simulation based on neural network PID control.Infrared remote control possesses many advantages, is widely applied in control, transmission, medical treatment, military affairs and other fields. In the paper, the application of infrared coding and decoding in Digital Radiography are mainly discussed.This system used PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) according to the control demand of Digital Radiography. This system has the functions of position adjustment and speed adjustment, and carries out reliability design. The method and process of designing software is introduced in the paper, the idea of modularization is used in software design, and realize all function of the control system.PID control is widely applied in many fields because of its simple structure, high reliability and easily implementation. But to the complex control system, it is difficult for PID controller to get ideal control effect. So to regards Digital Radiography as a control object, by analyzing mathematics model of brushless DC motor, a kind of PID controller based on neural network is designed. By using MATLAB, the algorithm is discussed, and simulation research is carried out based on the neural work. The results show that the controller based on the neural networks has preferable accuracy and robustness. |
