The Xingtai eastern areas covers with the soil contained sand with low liquid limit. This soil has bad gradation, bad highway engineering character, it arises the highway disease easily. They can not meet the design requests, using this kind of power soil with bad capability to make the subbase of the highway, and using the present relatively mature lime-ash stabilized measures to carry on the stable manage. It must carry on the material composition mixture ratio design. Through the investigation an study, this article taking full advantage of the research results of the predecessor, develops the inside and outside experiments study of the three ash cement lime and fly-ash stabilized soils , aiming at the actual engineering condition of the Xingtai area, relying of the Xing-lin highway engineering, It uses the orthogonal experiment measure to search for the study of the three cement lime and fly-ash stabilized soils, which according to the request of the road surface intensity and using function of the Xing-lin highway. The study contains assort ratio design,intensity effect factor,long-term performance,construction technics and quality control and so on, to guide the construction of the three cement lime and fly-ash stability soils subbase, it will accumulate this aspect of the experiment for the future highway construction.
