According to the application characteristics of ballistic test for the trajectory correction projectile, the methods for Doppler speed radar signal analysis and data processing technology were studied. Various theories and algorithms were compared and analized, based on which a reasonable scheme was selected and realized by virtue of sofeware or hardware. And the requirement of real-time and accuracy for the radar system was met.Several kinds of general methods for signal analysis and data processing were analyzed. Some common used FFT algorithms and window functions were compared. Aiming at the demand about the detection of trajectory correction projectile, software for signal analysis and data processing was programmed. And by virtue of comparing the rapidity and accuracy of these FFT algorithms with different window functions, a reasonable algorithm was selected.In practical engineering, there exist all kinds of noise and clutter. Thus, the problem of velocity search for Doppler radar signal was discussed, including the signal effectiveness test, accuracy analysis and error correction. In order to process the velocity data, polynominal fitting method was studied. The velocity data was fitted with different fitting point numbers and orders. The time cost and accuracy of different conditions were compared. And then a rapid and relatively accurate method was determined.Finally, a large amount of example calculation was done base on the flight experiment data of the trajectory correction projectile. The calculation results show that the program was rapid, accurate and general for signal analysis and data processing of Doppler radar and it is able to satisfy the engineering precision.
