In modern battlefield the intelligent munition is not only decides the victory of the warbut also come down to decrease of non-battle object. The trajectory correction projectile isthe typical delegate. One of the technical difficulties is how to choose the correctionimplement mechanism with high performance and low cost.According to the actual needs of developing one-dimensional trajectory correctionprojectile which is designed by the principle of slowdown by increasing resistance, takesome high explosive shell as the background, first of all, the structural design for thecorrection mechanism is carried on with Pro/Engineer software, then, 3D-solid model wascompleted. The corresponding kinematic and kinetic model of the correction mechanism isestablished with ADAMS software.The virtual prototyping of the correction mechanism iscompleted and the simulation research for it is conducted. The kinematics and dynamicsproperties of the correction mechanism in high-speed rotary is confirmed by the kinematicand dynamic analysis of the results. Based on the trajectory theory, with the workingfeatures of the correction mechanism which is designed, the corrected trajectory model isconstructed. The law between the correction mechanism's resistance unit developed area,correction time and correction distance of the shell is obtained by the simulationanalysis. The theory basis of the correction shell' engineering design is provided bynumerical simulating flow field around of the ordinary standard artillery shell andcorrection shell with CFD software FLUENT, analyzing its phenomenon of flow, revealing its flow law, studying its aerodynamics characteristic. This paper's research hasthe project and the theoretically instruction significance to the one-dimensional trajectorycorrection projectile' design.
