Telescope is a kind of important optical implements. Its indexes of functions direct impact effects in usage. Transmittance is one of the most important indexes which directly influent observing brightness. Tradition testing of transmittance of telescope is base on the single channel system which needs strictly demands of background environment to achieve. Since virtual measures and reality measures can not process at the same time which means tests error comparatively higher which should carry out an improvement.The main purpose of this paper is to issue the basic knowledge of telescope, then illuminate the principle of the new type double channel transmittance testing system of telescope.The main method to improve the transmittance is to adopt double fiber channel system to measure reality measure and virtual measures, which can remove the errors caused by the unstable illuminant system efficiently. Second, through adding the chopper to transform the detective light ray into high frequency impulses which allow the testing do in the total darkness room unnecessarily; I also added phrase lock amplifier to remove the error which produces in the testing led by background noise signals. It can improve noise-signal ratio and accuracy which could reach 1% in the testing efficiently.
