The paper has researched about the control methods to craft of armor penetration stability of small caliber armor penetration warhead. It studies the way to improve rocket technology and theoretical calculation model and experience formula to small caliber armor penetration warhead's power, and analysis every factor to armor penetration action and the action mechanism. Based on the above, considering the connection between the craft and the factors to armor penetration action, this paper do thorough investigation and analysis about the craft control methods for armor penetration stability of small caliber armor penetration warhead. It proves the goal and necessary to research control method to the craft and proposes some concrete control methods to the craft. Based on theoretical analysis and experimental verification, it determines the craft control key point through the analytic hierarchy process. Based on generalized analysis and judgment of the experts, it proposes the methods to improve the stability of small caliber armor penetration warhead through the control to craft quality.The paper has explained the armor penetration methods of warhead with energy, it is simply introduced the theory that utilize the craft control methods to improve the armor penetration. For example, to researching the small caliber of high explosive antitank rocket , it has analysed to compare the ripe formula of the high explosive antitank rocket with energy and the data of text, then draw a conclusion. On introducing the craft control methods, it is put particular stress on engineering application , passing engineering practice , it is proofed practicability and reliability of this method .
