Infrared thermometer has been widely used in metallurgy, electronics, petrochemical, food industries and some other areas because its fast response, accurate, convenient, long life and other advantages, it has been a main method of corporate fault detection, product quality control and improving economic efficiency. Infrared temperature measurement is mainly to use the theory that any objects send infrared radiation. With continued mature and increasingly sophisticated of modern infrared technology, infrared detection technology is developed by using infrared detection features of the long-range, non-contact, accurate, real-time, rapid. Infrared detection technology can monitor and diagnosis of the majority of fault real-time on-line and it is not due to the situation of power outage, sampling, the disintegration. So we can reduce the damage of the equipment, to avoid downtime caused by production losses, conservation human and financial resources, some areas also can reduce the harm to the person, it is of important significance for the modernization of the industry.At present, product's price is not high but the measuring accuracy is limited or the measuring accuracy is ideal but the product must be import, the price is very high. So that people's needs can not be satisfactorily resolved. In order to solve the problem, we have collected and analyzed the papers of this area, and have been studied the key techniques of the infrared temperature measurement. Main works are as follows:1. Based on the traditional theory, we use a new method of infrared measurement with PC processing technology, skillfully avoiding radiance modifying which is recognized the international difficulty. And the accuracy is improved sharply.2. Improved the traditional optical infrared thermometer system. We changed the traditional optical system which mostly use convex to assemble the infrared rays and adopted concave mirror to assemble the infrared rays, thus, the optical system is simplified, the cost is down and the reliability is enhanced largely.3. In order to improve the anti-jamming capability of products in the industrial application, we have used double-channel technology. Measuring temperature and temperature accuracy will not make big changes in face of complex harsh environment.4. The analogy divider and compounded infrared detectors are used in the double-channel infrared thermometer for the first time; solving the signal synchronization problem and avoiding the inconvenience caused by replacing detectors and the system error.5. Explored the design of the "entities Calibration," designed the prototype and tested the prototype.
