To ensure the large industrial boiler function to work safely and economically, we must have a precise detection on the blaze. Firstly, we need a special detecting tool to know about the combustion of the boiler accurately and then we can know precisely about the combustion of the blaze, the tool is called Blaze-detector. The Blaze-detector is the core part of the whole system. Its performance is the critical part of the whole system. It is a pity that the Blaze-detectors on sale in the market have a lot of limitations. The main problem is the phenomenon called"peak", that is the Blaze-detector may receive foreign blaze mistakenly and make a wrong judgment on it. It disturbs the regular working of the whole Blaze-detecting System, more seriously. It can lead to serious accident.Aiming at the actual need of industry, this text marks some research about the characteristic of the blaze of the large boiler and the Blaze-detector. In this paper, we expatiates several characteristics that may be detected of the blaze, and makes this the detected object of Blaze-detector. We compared some basic idea for Blaze-detecting in this paper, and especially emphases on the Blaze-detector based on frequency analysis. In order to resolve the problem of existing products, we present a new research idea in this paper. First of all, we design a simple but practical Blaze detecting platform, introduce fuzzy control technology intelligence fusion technology, and advance a fuzzy control arithmetic based on intelligence fusion technology, and make this as the design thought of the Blaze-detector.
